These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and MKO Asia ("mko", "mko Asia", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://mko.asia and all associated gaming, sports betting, and account management services provided therein.

By creating an account on mko Asia, depositing funds, accessing any game, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. • "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits or incentive amounts credited to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real money into a Player's mko Asia account via any supported payment method.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer game, slot game, table game, or virtual sports product accessible via the platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required by mko Asia.
• "Platform" means the mko Asia website at https://mko.asia, including all pages, games, applications, and services accessible through it.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed on a Game or sports event through the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a Player's mko Asia account to an external payment method owned by that Player.

To register and maintain an account on mko Asia, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mko Asia strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• You must be accessing the platform as a private individual and not in any professional or commercial capacity on behalf of another party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• You must not be employed by mko Asia or any affiliated company, nor be a family member of such an employee.
• You must not have previously had an account suspended or terminated by mko Asia for breach of these Terms.
• You must be acting in your own name and not as agent or representative for any third party.

Each eligible individual is permitted to holdone (1) registered account on mko Asia. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. mko Asia will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials. In the event that you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact our support team immediately.

mko Asia supports a wide range of Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. These include, but are not limited to, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and selected cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Litecoin).

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 (Malaysian Ringgit). Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request.
• All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes under standard operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where KYC documentation is outstanding.
• mko Asia reserves the right to request KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. This includes, but is not limited to, a government-issued photo identification document and proof of address.
• Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to network confirmation times that are outside mko Asia's control. Minimum cryptocurrency deposit equivalent is MYR 30.
• mko Asia does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

mko Asia offers a variety of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, referal rewards, and loyalty tier benefits. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which set out the eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits during wagering, minimum deposit, validity period, and maximum withdrawal from bonus winings. These specific terms take precedence over general bonus terms where there is a conflict.
• A wagering requirement expresses the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered using eligible games before any winings derived from the bonus become withdrawable.
• During the fulfilment of wagering requirements, maximum bet limits apply. Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum while wagering requirements are active may result in the voiding of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, IP address, and payment method.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other player or account.
• mko Asia reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already claimed and in active wagering will be honoured subject to its stated terms.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to guarantee profit, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and winings, and may result in account suspension.

All games available on mko Asia — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and virtual sports — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail for gameplay-specific matters.

All outcomes in casino games are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited for statistical fairness. mko Asia publishes indicative Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and table games.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or game malfunction during an active wager:

• If a game round is completed and the result recorded by mko Asia's server, the recorded result shall be final regardless of any display issues on your device.
• If a game round was not completed due to a verified system error on mko Asia's side, the wager amount will be refunded to your account balance.
• mko Asia is not liable for any losses arising from network interruptions, device failures, or internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

mko Asia's sports betting product covers a wide range of local and international sporting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), major UEFA competitions, UFC events, and more. The following terms apply specifically to sports wagering:

• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet is accepted, subject to the specific bet type (fixed odds, live odds, etc.).
• In-play (live) betting odds are subject to change in real time. Bets accepted during live play are governed by the odds displayed at the point of acceptance, unless an obvious error has occurred.
• mko Asia reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly eroneous (e.g., due to a technical glitch or data feed error), irespective of whether the bet has been settled. Players will be notified of any such voiding.
• Match results are determined based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In the event of a disputed result, settlement may be delayed pending official confirmation.
• Parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win or be void-corrected for the bet to return. A single void leg results in the bet being recalculated excluding that leg.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on mko Asia and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or placeagers.
• Coluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading in sports markets, or any other form of sports integrity violation.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) legislation.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Exploiting known software errors, game glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward mko Asia staff or other players via any communication channel.

mko Asia is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting players from gambling-related harm. The platform is designed for entertainment purposes only and must not be used as a means of generating income or relieving financial difficulty.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session durations after which the account is automatically logged out.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary (minimum 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be closed and no new account may be opened.
• Reality Checks: Periodic reminders displaying the duration and cost of the current session can be configured in account settings.

mko Asia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of applicable law.
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player upon verified request.

Upon permanent account closure by mko Asia for breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Players will be informed in writing of the reason for closure where legally permissible.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact our support team at any time. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mko Asia, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or events outside mko Asia's reasonable control (including force majeure events).
• Any loss arising from actions taken in reliance on any content provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game information.
• Losses or damage caused by unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit mko Asia's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on the mko Asia platform, including but not limited to the mko brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and multimedia content, is the intellectual property of mko Asia or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content.

mko Asia collects and processes personal data in accordance with itsPrivacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

mko Asia will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, licensed payment processors, and identity verification service providers only to the extent necessary for the operation of the platform and fulfilment of legal obligations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which mko Asia holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through mutual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

mko Asia operates under international online gaming licensing. Players accessing the platform from Malaysia acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Malaysia is governed by local legislation, and that they are solely responsible for determining the legality of their participation under applicable Malaysian law. mko Asia does not represent or warrant that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions.

mko Asia reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, mko Asia will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where earlier implementation is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as set out in Section 11.
